Equipment composition and description
自動(dòng)預(yù)擰機(jī)包括接箍涂油排料滾道、接箍涂油機(jī)、預(yù)緊機(jī)主機(jī)、擰扣機(jī)、步進(jìn)機(jī)、管端通徑機(jī)、液壓系統(tǒng)、和控制系統(tǒng)等。
The Auto pre-tightening unit is consisted of coupling arranging rollers for greasing, greasing device, pre-tightening machine, bucking machine, stepping machine, pipe ends drifting machine, hydraulic system, and control system, etc.
1. 接箍涂油排料滾道:設(shè)有接箍存放排料滾道、涂油工位、送料工位、接箍長(zhǎng)度測(cè)量功能及送料機(jī)構(gòu)。
Coupling arranging raceway for greasing: includes saving &arranging raceway. Greasing station, feeding station, coupling measuring and feeding device.
2. 接箍涂油機(jī):主要由機(jī)架、傳動(dòng)箱總成(含氣動(dòng)馬達(dá)、涂油桿、氣閥等),推進(jìn)氣缸、油脂泵等組成。
Coupling greasing device:it is consisted of frame, transmission box assembly(pneumatic motor, greasing rod, air valve, etc), pushing cylinder,and grease pump, etc.
3. 預(yù)緊機(jī)主機(jī):由液壓卡盤總成(卡盤總成包括主軸、傳動(dòng)齒輪、驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)組件、定位油缸組件、定位盤、夾緊油缸組件、彈性托輥組件)推進(jìn)油缸、接箍取料機(jī)構(gòu)、浮動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、機(jī)架等組成。
Pre-tightening machine: is is consisted of hydraulic chuck assembly(includes spindle, transmission gear, driving motor assembly, positioning cylinder assembly, positioning disc, clamping cylinder assembly, elastic roller assembly)pushing cylinder, tacking mechanism, floating mechanism, and frame.
4.擰接機(jī)(Bucking machine)
采用型號(hào)為擰扣機(jī):型號(hào)YNJG400,當(dāng)完成預(yù)緊的油套管放到擰扣機(jī)工位后,開始擰扣,編碼器記錄擰緊深度,PLC將接箍長(zhǎng)度,預(yù)緊深度,擰扣深度比較計(jì)算后得出J值;
Bucking machine model:YNJG400, put the pipe onto the bucking machine after pre-tightened, starts to make up the pipe, the encoder records the depth and PLC analyse and calculate the coupling length, pre-tightening depth and making-up depth to obtain the J value.

14. 擰接記錄及報(bào)表(Screwing record & reports):
14.1 能擰接API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)扣型及有肩和無肩特殊扣型,可顯示扭矩/圈數(shù)變化曲線,圈數(shù)和扭矩值自動(dòng)記錄,自動(dòng)對(duì)特殊扣拐點(diǎn)扭矩進(jìn)行檢測(cè)、分析,以及根據(jù)J值自動(dòng)判定合格與不合格品,同時(shí)形成鋼管接箍擰接曲線并保存
The unit can be used for API and Premium connections(with or without shoulder), it can display the torque-turns graph, and record the torque & turns automatically, detect & analyze the inflection point of premium connection, judge the connection is qualified or not according to the J value and save the screwing graph.
14.2 擰接工位的擰接數(shù)據(jù)可形成班、日、月產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量報(bào)表
The screwing data can be saved as forms of daily, monthly production and quality reports
15. 自動(dòng)控制及通訊要求
Auto-control & communication requirements
采用西門子PLC控制系統(tǒng),LABVIEW軟件做人機(jī)界面,通過以太網(wǎng)與上位機(jī)連接,并與總控室進(jìn)行通訊,在總控室即能觀察到設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài),同時(shí)具有遠(yuǎn)程對(duì)話及故障診斷功能。
Siemens PLC as control system. LABVIEW human-computer interface, connect to upper PC with Ethernet and communication with the control room.So it can realize the observation, remote dialogue and fault diagnosis in the control room.
